Error description

• With the designer XML Parse node when it receives an XML with an
  array of multiple elements the the parser works as expected,
  however, when the XML contains an array with only one element,
  the parser unexpectedly parses it into an object rather than an
  array.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Designer XML parser does not parse arrays with a single
  element correctly
  

Problem conclusion

• The XML parser now fully acknowledges the output-schema when
  parsing XML inputs and correctly parses arrays with single and
  multiple elements.
