Error description

• In Storage Insights, the Power Efficiency metric for
  FlashSystems and DS8000 devices displays inconsistent values
  that do not align with the corresponding Raw Capacity or Total
  Power Consumed data.
  According to the metric definition, Power Efficiency represents
  the total power consumed by the storage device per device raw
  capacity, expressed in Watts per Raw TB. It is calculated as the
  ratio of Total Power Consumed / Raw Capacity.
  However, even when both Raw Capacity and Total Power Consumed
  remain steady, the reported Power Efficiency fluctuates
  significantly across refresh intervals. This behavior leads to
  inaccurate reporting and misrepresentation of power utilization
  efficiency for the affected devices.
