• the IBM Storage Protect for Virtual Environments  Data
  protection for VMware user unable to access on-line help from
  Web UI.
  When specified the URL https://localhost:9081/help/index.jsp?to
  pic=/com.ibm.itsm.dpvm.help.doc/ic/c_ic_intro.html
  to open help page, follwoing error is appeared.
  
  
  Error 404: BridgeServlet: /help/index.jsp
  
  This issue has been seen since IBM Storage Protect for VIrtual
  Environments 8.1.23 or later.
