Error description

• Users may notice that Storage Insights does not display
  FlashSystem storage as part of a FlashGrid.
  When a user deletes an existing FlashGrid and recreates a new
  FlashGrid with the same or a different name, the newly created
  FlashGrid does not appear in the Storage Insights GUI.
  
  Expected Behavior: The Flash grid records should be visible on
  the Storage Systems page within the Carbon UI, displayed in the
  tabular view.
