Error description

• Some Storage Insights Pro users may encounter a failure when
  trying to run Storage Insights Pro only REST APIs.  The error
  message returned incorrectly indicates that the user does not
  have Storage Insights Pro and cannot run the API with the free
  version, despite being confirmed as Storage Insights Pro in the
  upper left corner of the user interface.
  
  Error 401: Unauthorized access: IBM Storage Insights Pro license
  is required to retrieve these details.
  
  This behavior occurs with the following entitlement options for
  Storage Insights Pro.
  - Expert Care Premium
  - Storage as a Service (STaaS)
  - 60 day free trial
