Error description

• Problems:
  1. When promoting Scheduler node's Interval and Interval Unit
  properties, they don't show up under the selected group.  They
  only show up after the Schedule Type property is promoted.
  3) Promoting the property Schedule Type and/or Run Every makes
  deployments fail with BIP5063E or BIP5064E
