Error description

• ACE v13 toolkit freezes when trying to select a node. The
  tooltip is taking time to get displayed and ultimately the
  toolkit hangs. The issue usually occurs on Linux environment.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V13.0 using the Toolkit
  to develop flows.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  On Linux systems, the Toolkit IDE frequently freezes when users
  select a node, due to issues with tooltip rendering.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Toolkit has been modified to include an option to disable
  tooltips, ensuring it no longer freezes when selecting a
  node.
  
  The option to disable tooltip can be found in Preferences
  > Integration Development > Message Flow Editor > Hide Tooltip
