IT48246: SERVER COULD CRASH WHEN RUNNING WITH THE REPLCMD TRACE FLAG ENABLED

Error description

• When tracing a stgrule based replication and Protect stgpool
  operation with the REPLCMD trace flag enabled, the IBM Storage
  Protect server may crash if the string length of the subrule
  members exceeds 2000 characters.

Local fix

• Do not use the REPLCMD trace flag, or if this is part of an
  aggregated trace class (REPL), then disable it with:
  
  trace disable replcmd
