IT48149: THE DMPMQCFG UTILITY INCORRECTLY LISTS DEFSOPT(EXCL) ATTRIBUTE FOR QMODEL WHEN USED WITHOUT THE -A FLAG

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When dmpcfgmq is run against a QMODEL object without the -a
  flag, it incorrectly returns the DEFSOPT(EXCL) attribute, which
  It is a default attribute for a QMODEL.
  
  When dmpmqcfg is invoked without the -a flag, it is only
  supposed to return non-default attribute values.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• A logic error within dmpmqcfg meant that the DEFSOPT(EXCL)
  attribute of a QMODEL was not recognized as a default attribute.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DEFSOPT(EXCL) attribute of a QMODEL is not recognized by
  dmpmqcfg
  as a default attribute.
