APAR status

Error description

  • The dsmffdc logs on the IBM Storage Protect server are being
    filled with the following error messages.

    HTTP Status Code: 404
    
    Activity log shows following connection errors during the same
    time.
    
    ANR4800W Cloud endpoint https://xxx.com is not connecting to any
    services. The specified endpoint will not be used for the next
    hour.
    ANR4800W Cloud endpoint https://xxx.com is not connecting to any
    services. The specified endpoint will not be used for the next
    hour.
    The trace logs indicate that the server is attempting to extend
    the object lock on certain objects.
    Before invoking the setObjectRetention API, it attempts to call
    getObjectMetadata on the object,
    which fails with an HTTP 404 error.
