APAR status

• Closed as program error.

   

Error description

• Using delete volhist type=dbb todate=-x  command to delete db
  backup volumes on Cloud Object Storage  may leave orphaned
  objects in cloud.
  
  Support/Customer Diagnostics:
  
  
  1: a delete volhist command completed successful and removed
  the objects from Storage Protect server database:
  
  
  ANR2017I Administrator ADMIN  issued  command: DELETE
  VOLHISTORY todate=today-3 type=DBBackup
  ..
  :ANR2467I DELETE VOLHISTORY: 101 sequential volume history
  entries were successfully deleted.
  
  
  However, the objects may still exist on Cloud Object Storage
  though they were removed from Storage Protect database
