APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you create an IBM Storage Insights report (Capacity,
  Inventory, or Custom) that contains more than 250 rows and you
  include the CSV file attachment, the first 250 rows in the CSV
  file attachment are duplicated in rows 251 - 500.
  

Local fix

• Local Fix is that you have to manually remove the 250 duplicated
  rows (rows 251 - 500) from the CSV file attachment.
