IT48039: SELECTING "MANAGE USERS" OPTION IN STORAGE INSIGHTS MODERN/CARBON UI REDIRECTS TO CLASSIC INTERFACE.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In Storage Insights, when a user selects the "Manage Users"
  button from the new Carbon UI, the interface automatically
  redirects to the Classic UI. In some instances, users may also
  encounter an error message stating: "Temporary issue with
  showing information."
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1) Log in to the Storage Insights GUI as an Admin.
  2) Click on Try New Experience to switch to the Carbon UI.
  3) Navigate to My Profile > Manage Users.
  4) At this point, the UI automatically reverts to the Classic
  version. In some cases, users have reported seeing the error
  message mentioned above.
  
  Expected Behaviour:
  Clicking on Manage Users should open a new browser tab directing
  the user to myibm.ibm.com, rather than reverting to the Classic
  UI.
