APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When Special Characters were typed in HATS UI and ENTER was
pressed, the Input field with Special characters will be broken
down into several input fields. Fix will be created to make it
work similar to the Green Screen

Problem summary


    

  • Multiple User Fields are created if the characters that are
added were attribute characters.
Example: AB(Euro symbol),C

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The provided control characters are being considered as
attribute characters which is causing the multiple field issue.

The fix will be in the HOD layer.
