APAR status

Error description

  • When an Storage Insights user has an IBMid that does not match
their email address, any new API keys created by that user do
not appear in the User Access Management panel in Storage
Insights.

If you are unable to view a user's REST API keys after creation,
please contact IBM Support for further assistance.
