APAR status

Error description

  • After FlashSystem T3 recovery, attempts to upload the system
    logs (snap) from FlashSystem storage monitored using Call Home
    with cloud services fail due to a timeout after 2 hours. The T3
    recovery results in cluster_id and cluster_id_alias values that
    are different and that affects the log upload action from
    Storage Insights.
    Collecting and uploading the snaps outside of Storage Insights
    works fine.
