IT47998: UPDATE OPERATIONS ARE FAILING FOR DESIGNER FLOWS IN ACE 13.0.3.0

Error description

• In 13.0.3.0, a few update operations are seen failing on ACE
  Designer flow editor.  The issue happens only with designer yaml
  flows. A user may experience an error of the form
  ```
  The provided data for the "abc" object isn't in the correct
  format for the application. ["is not allowed to have the
  additional property \"xyz\""]' "}
  ```
  The issue can be seen with both test functionality of designer
  flow editor and also deployment and execution of the designer
  flow yamls
