Error description
Clicking the "Manage Users" link redirects the customer to an MyIBM page that is not listing the users. The customer must now manually navigate through MyIBM to locate their tenant tile and access the user list to manage users.
Local fix
1) Go to back myIBM dashboard 2) Select the subscription 3) Click on Manage Users 4) Click on Add New User
