Error description
After the user upgrades from PCOMM v13 to v15.0.3 (32bit), the .ws they are using gets the message PCSWS010. They went through the following steps: 1) Clicked on a .ws profile created with PCOMM v13. 2) Received PCSWS010. 3) Pressed "Yes". 4) Then a list of .ws files appeared, and selected another .ws file. 5) Pressed "Yes". 6) Then a message appeared sayin: "This profile is from an earlier release of Personal Communications. Press "Yes" to migrate this profile to the current version and then start." 7) Pressed "Yes". 8) Then the session started. 9) Then they Saved and closed the .ws file. 10) However, when launching the same .ws file, it would repeat the same thing.
