Error description

• On occasion calls to the Storage Insights REST API fails to
  connect, resulting in a warning message with error code 500.
  Upon further attempts, the REST API works fine.
  
  Exception thrown by application class:
  'org.redisson.command.RedisExecutor.checkWriteFuture:380'
  org.redisson.client.WriteRedisConnectionException: Unable to
  write command into connection! Check CPU usage of the JVM.
  

Local fix

• The only workaround is to retry the calls to the SI REST APIs
