IT47836: INCORRECT GROUP OWNERSHIP ON SPECIFIC FILES AND ONE DIRECTORY AFTER SP CLIENT UPGRADE

Error description

• Error Description:
  The IBM Storage Protect Client files on Linux have the
  ownership set to "root", the group ownership is set to "bin".
  Upgrading the IBM Storage Protect Client causes the group
  ownership to change to "root" for the following files and
  directory within the IBM Storage Protect installation
  
  directory /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin:
   - the file "dsmcad.lang"
   - the directory "EN_US"
   - all the files in the directory "EN_US"
  
  The change of the group ownership does not impact the
  
  functionality of the IBM Storage Protect Client.   If needed,
  
  apply the local fix.
  
  IBM Storage Protect Version Affected: IBM Storage Protect
  Client 8.1.x on all supported Linux platforms

Problem conclusion

• After IBM Storage Protect for Backup Archive Client upgrade to
  8.1.27 the ownership should not get changed for EN_US directory
