• In Storage Insights, users encounter frequent changes in the
  status of their Data Collectors, receiving numerous toast
  notifications indicating that a Data Collector is missing.
  However, when users check the status, the Data Collectors are
  typically online and running again.
  
  Data Collector flip-flop back and forth, but no data is
  missing, and the Device Assignments for the Data Collectors are
  rarely modified.
