APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the customer updates DS8000 credentials in Storage Insights
  using Modify Connection, enters the new credentials, Storage
  Insights completes the credential update process and returns a
  Success message. However, the credentials are not actually
  updated in the Storage Insights backend.
  
  Storage Insights tries to connect to the DS8000 with the
  previous credentials which will fail if they are no longer
  valid.
