IT47640: DELETE STORAGE POOL CAN GENERATE A LOT OF ANR9999D_2513553707 ERRORS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Lots of ANR9999D_2513553707 error messages can be seen in the
  server activity log after
  DELETE STGPOOL command is issued. This can happen during a small
  timeframe when the server
  is checking whether the migration of that pool needs to be run.
  
  This APAR applies when the following is seen:
