APAR status

Error description

• When a user attempts to view the Used Capacity (GiB
  or percentage) for any ESE volume of DS8000 device monitored
  in Storage Insights, the data appears incorrect and displays a
  value of 0. This same behavior is observed when the user
  tries to retrieve the data via the REST API.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1) Access the Storage Insights GUI.
  2) Navigate to Resources > Block Storage System tab and
  double-click on any DS8000 device.
  3) Click on the Volume tab, and review any ESE volume.
  
  Expected Behavior:
  Storage Insights should correctly display the used capacity
  (percentage and GiB) for the DS8000 volumes.
