  ANR0436E RESUME JOB: command invalid for current job state
  Terminated.
  
  If it was available, the text about ANR0436E should state:
  
  The server attempted to run the command, but it is not supported
  for the current state of the
  
  job. For example, the RESUME JOB command is only applicable for
  jobs that are in the
  
  SLEEPING state.
  
  Use the QUERY JOB command to determine the current state of the
  job. Only issue commands
  that are applicable for that state.
