• The configurable group property values of MQOutput/RestAsynReq
  node edited on bar file gets ignored during the deployment.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V13.0 and V12.0 using
  Group Property for MQOutput/RestAsynReq node.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  LinuxX64, LinuxPPCLE64, LinuxZ64, AIX, ZOS, WinX64

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using the Group Scatter or Gather nodes, updates to the
  Group property (such as Request Timeout) in MQOutput or
  RestAsyncRequest nodes are not applied when overridden in a BAR
  file
  This appears to be true either when using the BAR Editor to
  update the values or the mqsibaroverride command.
  

Problem conclusion

• The runtime now correctly reflects updates to the Group
  property, such as changes to the Request Timeout parameter in
  MQOutput or RestAsyncRequest nodes, when modified using the BAR
  file editor or the mqsibaroverride command.
