Local fix

• Increase the "-Xmx****m=" default value from default (2GB) in
  the jvm.options file to an higher value in order to increase the
  java heap space.
  (note: this value would be different for different scenarios
  depending on installed memory on system liberty server is
  running and how much portion can be allotted to Java Runtime)

  After changing the value, restart the IBM Storage Protect
  Operations Center.
