• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the  "Run when flow is first switched on" option is checked
  on a Scheduler Node then an event is sent on first deploy of the
  message flow, or when the Integration Server first starts up. An
  event is not set when a flow is stopped and then restarted.

Problem summary

  All users of App Connect Enterprise version 12 or higher using
  the Scheduler Node.

  AIX, LinuxZ64, LinuxX64, LinuxPPCLE64

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Problem conclusion

• The event is now whenever a flow is started, not only on first
  deploy.
