Error description

• The Scheduler Node does not support cron expressions which
  represent a repeat every minute, for example expressions of the
  form <seconds> * * * * *. Attempting to use an expression of
  this form results in the following exception:
  
  BIP5063E: The Scheduler node 'Scheduler' was unable to parse the
  cron expression ' * * * * *'.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise v12 or higher using the
  Scheduler Node.

Problem conclusion

• The Scheduler Node now supports cron expressions of the form
  `<seconds> * * * * *` for App Connect Enterprise version 13 this
  format is also supported in the Toolkit, in App Connect
  Enterprise version 12 this format may be specified using
  mqsiapplybaroverrides.
