IT47321: MISSING PRESERVEHTTPMETHOD PROPERTY IN ACE HTTP(S) CONNECTOR

Error description

• Unlike IIB, ACE does not provide the option PreserveHTTPMethod
  under HTTP(S) Connector to support mapping of HTTP Head requests
  to HEAD verb in the message flow.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  IBM App Connect Enterprise does not provide PreserveHTTPMethod
  option under HTTP(S)Connector to ensure that the requests with a
  
  HTTP method of HEAD are passed to the message flow as HEAD
  requests.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new property named PreserveHTTPMethod can now be configured
  under HTTPConnector and HTTPSConnector to ensure that the
  requests with a HTTP method of HEAD are passed to the message
  flow as HEAD requests.

  for eg: To ensure that the requests
  with a HTTP method of HEAD are passed to the message flow as
  HEAD requests,for an integration server listener, configure the
  property in server.conf.yaml as below
  HTTPConnector:
  #PreserveHTTPMethod: false
  HTTPSConnector:     #PreserveHTTPMethod: false
  For node wide
  listener, configure the property in node.cong.yaml file.
  
  It can
  also be set using mqsichangeproperties command
  as
  
  mqsichangeproperties ACENODE -e ACESERVER -o HTTPConnector
  -n PreserveHTTPMethod -v "true"
  mqsichangeproperties ACENODE -e
  ACESERVER -o HTTPSConnector -n PreserveHTTPMethod -v "true"
