  immediately terminates it with an RST packet, a file handle leak
  may be observed in TCPIPCLIENT node message flows.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If a remote TCP/IP server accepts a connection and then
  immediately terminates it with an RST packet, a file handle leak
  may occur in TCPIPClient node message flows.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now correctly closes TCP/IP related file handles.
