  • For an floating point number type path parameter, a value with
an exponent is considered invalid.

This value should be accepted as a valid number.

  • Wrong 404 error of floating point with exponent in URL for
number type path parameter with plus or asterisk

A floating point with an exponent is a valid format for number
type. Currently, the request URL having a floating point with an
exponent is rejected and a 404 error is returned for both the
plus and asterisk cases.
