IT47229: DEFAULT POLICY SHOWING RESOURCES COUNT EVEN AFTER MOVING ALL RESOURCES TO COPIED ONE.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Copied the Default Switch and Chassis policies and moved all
  resources to the duplicate policy. The duplicate policy show the
  correct resource count, but the default policy still displayed
  an incorrect value, even though it showed zero resources when
  opened.
  

Local fix

• None, but the following workaround can be used to correct the
  resource counts.
  
  1. Navigate to Configuration -> Alert Policies
  2. Drill into the Default Chassis Policy
    a. On the Resources tab, click Edit Resources
    b. Select All
    c. Save Changes
    d. Click on Edit Resources
    e. Deselect All
    f. Save Changes
  3. Drill into the "copy" of the Chassis Policy
    a. On the Resources tab, click Edit Resources
    b. Select All
    c. Save Changes
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the default and copy versions of
  the Switch Policy and any other affected resource policies
