Error description

• If you have renamed an unmonitored host in Storage Insights, and
  then merge it with other hosts, the 'separate host' process
  renders the original host name which results in a failure to
  separate the hosts. This can be mitigated by manually entering
  the current renamed host name(s) into the fields before
  proceeding with separation process.
