Local fix
Problem summary
Here are the steps to reproduce the problem, 1. Install VC++ 2010 32bit on a machine where PCOMM v1408 32bit full already installed. Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 2. Check SystemFolder. 3. It is seen that msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll are present. 4. Uninstall PCOMM v1408 32bit full. 5. Dll files are removed. 6. Expected result is, those two files should not get removed, as they are dependent files for other applications.
Problem conclusion
Code changes have been made to keep those two files even after the uninstallation of PCOMM v1408 32bit full build. Note: SystemFolder is denoted by following scenarios: 1. PCOMM 32bit and OS 32bit, SystemFolder=C:\Windows\system32 2. PCOMM 32bit and OS 64bit, SystemFolder=C:\Windows\SysWOW64
