IT47168: MBTIMESTAMP OBJECTS RETURNED FROM MBELEMENT.GETVALUE() ON A GMT TIMESTAMP STYPE ARE ADJUSTED FOR TIMEZONE

Error description

• When using the Java API to manipulate the message tree. If a
  field in the message tree is of GMT TIMESTAMP type and this is
  converted to an MbTimeStamp element using code such as:
  
  (MbTimestamp)myElement.getValue()
  
  Then the milliseconds since epoch will be calculated based on
  the local timezone. This is not correct since the original type
  of the element was a GMT TIMESTAMP.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
