Error description

• The Scheduler  Node write's the timestamp of the current event
  and the last even to the LocalEnvironment tree under the
  Scheduler.currentEventTime and Scheduler.lastEventTime elements
  , however these are not updated on repeated propagations.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise version 12 or higher
  using the Scheduler Node.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Scheduler Node writes the timestamp of the current event and
  the last even to the LocalEnvironment tree under the
  Scheduler.currentEventTime and Scheduler.lastEventTime elements,
  however these are not updated on repeated propagations.
  
  In some cases this can also cause event to not be propagated
  when expected.
  
  This error was introduced by APAR IT46856.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Scheduler Node has been updated to correctly update the
  LocalEnvironment entries.
