  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The getJDBCType4Connection API attempts to load the
  JDBCType4ConnectionFactory.class each time it is called, which
  may cause minor performance overhead.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now loads JDBCType4ConnectionFactory.class only
  once, improving performance.
