Error description

• IBM Storage Protect for Virtual Environments: Data Protection
  for Vmware version 8.1.24.0 backs up VMs one at a time,
  regardless of the VMMAXPARALLEL setting.
  
  The data mover schedule log or the console output shows that VMs
  are not backed up in parallel, even if VMMAXPARALLEL is set to 2
  or higher.

  IBM Storage Protect for Virtual Environment: Data Protection for
  VMware version 8.1.24.0 on all supported platforms.

Local fix

• Add the following lines to the data mover options file:
  
  *This test flag is a workaround for 8.1.24.0 VM backup
  parallelism problem.
  
  *Remove after fixing version is available.

  NOTE: In CAD-managed scheduler mode, restart of the Client
  Acceptor Daemon (CAD) is not necessary. However, if classic
  scheduler is used, then the scheduler service needs to be
  restarted.
