Error description

• Trading Partner Code list in Sterling B2B Integrator shows TEXT1
  - TEXT9 fields/columns as length of 255 characters. However,
  when creating or editing it only allows 150 characters.
  

Local fix

• The UI is limiting TEXT1-TEXT2 to be 150 characters, the UI
  should allow TEXT1-TEXT2 to be 255 characters
