IT46935: HTTP REASON PHRASES ARE MISSING FROM SOME RESPONSES

Error description

• If a  customer message flow sets the HTTP Status code to one of
  421,422 or 426 then the reason phrase is set to "UNKNOWN".
  
  The reason phrases should be as follows:
  
  421 "Misdirected Request";
  422 "Unprocessable Content";
  426 "Upgrade Required";

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise version 12 or higher
  using HTTP Reply Nodes with flows which explicitly set the HTTP
  Status Code for the response.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  If a message flow sets the HTTP Status code to one of the values
  421,422 or 426 then the reason phrase is set to "UNKNOWN".
  
  The reason phrases should be as follows:
  
  421 "Misdirected Request";
  422 "Unprocessable Content";
  426 "Upgrade Required";
  

Problem conclusion

• The reason phrase is now set correctly for the HTTP Status
  Codes, 421, 422 and 426
