Error description
An AUDIT library fails with error below: ANR8460E AUDIT LIBRARY process for library XXXLIB failed The reason for the failure is not clear. A SHOW LIBRARY or QUERY DRIVE F=D command shows at least one tape drive is in LOADED state, whilst the drive does not appear in QUERY MOUNT output. Review the activity log to determine whether other error or warning messages were issued during the audit process. Resolve any errors. 2. Ensure that the tape library and tape drives are powered on and ready for use. 3. Ensure that all drives are either empty or not in use. 4. Ensure that the paths that are associated with the tape drives are online. 5. If the file names for tape devices changed, ensure that the SANDISCOVERY server option is set to ON. 6. Reissue the AUDIT LIBRARY command.
