APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• FS9100 Component health cannot be determined for this system
  because of an error. Refresh the page to attempt to reload the
  data. If the issue persists, go to the troubleshooting page or
  contact IBM support.
  
  
  When user double clicks on Approve, then two API requests are
  sent from UI which is creating duplicate ADD_SYSTEM & DISCOVERY
  tasks.
  
  Extra approval request results in a failure such that the data
  collection does not run.
