• When an HTTP/SOAP inbound flow receives message on Node-wide
  listener from another outbound flow, then the
  HTTPInput/SOAPInput nodes fails to set opentelemetry traceparent
  attribute received from outbound flow's HTTP header with
  brokerwide listener

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An HTTPInput/SOAPInput node flow configured with node-wide
  listener fails to set opentelemetry traceparent attribute from
  the incoming traceparent http header.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product has been modified to ensure that the opentelemetry
  traceparent attribute is set correctly by the
  HTTPInput/SOAPInput node flows.
