IT46785: CANNOT GENERATE A REST API KEY FOR A USER WITH NO KEYS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A Storage Insights admin user is not able to generate a REST API
  key for a specific user that does not appear to have any when
  viewed in the User Access Management panel. When trying to
  create a new REST API key, an error appears indicting that the
  the maximum of 5 keys has been reached for that user.  There is
  no way to manage the keys for this user since Storage Insights
  does not display them.  This does not affect creating REST API
  keys for other users.
