Error description

• IBM Storage Protect Plus maintenance job fails to delete
  cloud/archive snapshot because it is attempting to delete the
  snapshot from a vsnap server that doesn't own the snapshot.

Problem conclusion

• Till IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.16.3, archive restore points
  were not removed properly during maintenance resulting in
  orphaned data in archive server. In IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  10.1.16.4 iFix.
  has been added so that maintenance will remove snapshot data and
  metadata completely upon expiry.
