Error description

• In Storage Insights, the permission settings for IBM support to
  collect and upload logs are being randomly changed for certain
  devices in the IBM Support Log Permissions.
  
  Although users initially grant permission with the status set to
  Allow, this permission is occasionally changed to Ask me without
  any valid reason.
  
  Steps to reproduce the issue:
  
  1. Log in to the Storage Insights Web UI.
  2. Go to Configuration > Settings.
  3. Click the Edit button in IBM Support Log Permissions.
  4. Configure the permissions for the devices.
  
  After a few days, users may observe that the permissions for
  some devices have been unexpectedly changed.
