APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using a z/OS Session Manager application with Mod6 screen size
  (62x160), when host does a READ request, the inbound data is
  split into 2 packets and some data corruption is seen when the
  screen is re-displayed by the Session Manager.
  

Local fix

• Add SendBufferSize=32768 keyword to the [Telnet3270] section of
  the WS profile

  READ BUFFER give incorrect format back to the z/OS Session
  Manager application which can cause unpredictable results when
  the screen is rebuilt after the user is switching back to the
  large 62x160 session.

  When the z/OS Session Manager tries to re-display large inbound
  data, the display functionality shows some incorrect data.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSTLNET.DLL has been changed to use default SendBufferSize
  value of 32k to match the ReceiveBufferSize value of 32k for
  secure Telnet 3270 emulator sessions.
