Error description

• After the July 2024 update to Storage Insights, the Used Written
  Capacity value for many Storage Virtualize systems (SVC,
  Storwize, FlashSystem) shows as a negative value, which is
  incorrect.
  Expected Result : Used written capacity should match the value
  from the storage system.
  Actual Result: An incorrect negative value is shown for used
  written capacity.
